These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the hou788 platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member") and hou788 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the hou788 platform.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the hou788 Platform. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. hou788 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds returned to the deposit source after reasonable verification.
The Platform is operated for the benefit of English-preference online gaming users across Indonesia, including but not limited to residents of Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Bali, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Palembang, and Makassar. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform complies with any laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. hou788 does not make representations as to the legality of online gambling in your specific location.
Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
The following persons are not eligible to register or use the Platform:
To open an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a preferred contact number. All information provided at registration must match the identity documents you submit during KYC verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. hou788 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized Account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
hou788 operates a mandatory KYC process. Before processing any withdrawal, or when cumulative deposits exceed specified thresholds, you will be required to submit the following documents:
Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of a request may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is completed.
You must notify hou788 promptly if any registered information changes. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information at any time constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
hou788 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian banking channels and e-wallets: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made from an account or e-wallet held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction across all supported channels. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. hou788 reserves the right to amend deposit limits with notice.
Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallets are typically credited to your Wallet instantly or within a few minutes under normal network conditions. hou788 does not guarantee any specific processing time, as delays caused by third-party banking systems are outside our control. If a deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
hou788 does not charge fees on deposits. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees for inter-bank transactions; hou788 has no control over and no liability for third-party fees.
Important: Funds deposited via channels not registered in your account name will be returned and may trigger an account review. Always use your own registered payment method.
Withdrawals are available to Members who have completed KYC verification and whose Account is in good standing. Withdrawals may be temporarily blocked if a pending KYC review, a bonus wagering requirement, or an active fraud investigation applies to the Account.
hou788 targets the following indicative processing times for withdrawal requests submitted during standard WIB business hours. These are estimates only and are not contractual guarantees:
Processing times may be extended during Indonesian public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Nyepi, Christmas, Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August), scheduled bank maintenance, or periods of unusually high withdrawal volume.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are set by Account tier and are displayed within the withdrawal section of the Member dashboard. VIP tier members benefit from higher withdrawal limits as set out in the VIP Program terms.
All withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own legal name and previously used to make a deposit on the Platform. hou788 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous wallets, or payment destinations that cannot be matched to the Member's verified identity.
hou788 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Members on the Diamond and Black Diamond VIP tiers enjoy expedited processing at no additional cost. hou788 reserves the right to introduce withdrawal fees with 30 days' notice to Members.
All promotional offers made available on the hou788 Platform are subject to these general terms and any additional specific conditions published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the general terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms prevail.
Bonus Funds credited to a Member's Account are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from Bonus play may be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:
Not all games contribute equally — or at all — to the completion of wagering requirements. Live casino games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10–20%) compared to slot games (which generally contribute 100%). The applicable contribution table is published on the individual promotion page. Wagers placed on games with 0% contribution do not count toward wagering requirements.
hou788 actively monitors for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play risk, using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, and coordinating with other Members to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, hou788 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel associated winnings, and close the Account.
hou788 reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or modify any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect Bonus Funds already credited to a Member's Account unless fraud or error is involved.
hou788 offers a range of online betting and gaming products including football betting (covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, and international tournaments), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets (Togel SGP, Togel HK, Togel SDY, Togel Macau), live casino dealer games, slot games, crash games, and table games. Availability of individual products may vary and hou788 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove game content without prior notice.
All bets are subject to acceptance by hou788. In the case of technical errors, incorrect odds published due to a system error, or manifest errors in game configuration, hou788 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Member's Wallet. Bets placed after an event has commenced (in markets that do not support in-play betting) will be voided.
hou788 is not liable for losses or missed winnings arising from internet disconnections or technical failures on the Member's side. Game round outcomes are determined server-side; where a round has completed and a result recorded, the outcome stands regardless of the Member's connection state. Live casino and in-play football markets operate under similar principles.
All random-number-generator (RNG) based games on the hou788 Platform are independently certified for fairness. Certified RTP (Return to Player) values are displayed in each game's information panel.

hou788 endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance windows, emergency infrastructure updates, or due to events outside hou788's reasonable control (including natural disasters, government action, or third-party network failures).
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hou788 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of expected winnings due to technical errors, loss of data, or financial losses arising from decisions made on the basis of information displayed on the Platform.
In any event, hou788's total liability to any individual Member in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to the Platform in the 12-month period preceding the date on which the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
The collection, use, storage, and sharing of personal data submitted to hou788 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. hou788 does not sell personal data to third parties.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any Real Money balance remaining in your Wallet at the time of closure (less any pending bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method.
hou788 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:
Where an Account is closed by hou788 due to a breach of Terms, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real Money balances not subject to pending investigations will be returned to the source payment method.
hou788 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Substantive changes will be communicated to registered Members via email or via an on-screen notice upon login, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you should close your Account before the effective date.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operators. hou788 operates as an internationally licensed platform. Any disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration under international commercial arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
Nothing in this clause limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under Indonesian law that cannot be contractually excluded.
